Virendra Kumar Singh is an experienced VP and Head of Quantitative Research with over 9 years of experience in the Indian Capital Market. He is currently working with InCred Capital Hedge Fund Strategies as the Head of Quantitative Research. Virendra has a strong background in Quantitative Research and Data Analytics, and has developed and implemented multiple Quant models for Stock Selection, Sector, and Asset Allocation for Indian markets. He is skilled in Python and a student of Financial Market and Data Science. Prior to his current role, Virendra worked as a Quantitative Portfolio Manager with Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited, Alternate Assets. There, he developed Multi Factor Quant Model, Asset Allocation Model, and other Stock Selection and Sector Selection Models. He has also worked as a Jr. Data Scientist with Innoplexus Consulting, where he worked on Predictive Analytics using Neural Network, Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition for BIG Data. Virendra has completed his Integrated Master of Science in Mathematics and Scientific Computing from IIT Kanpur. He has also completed CFA Level 1 in February 2021. He has a strong technical background and is skilled in Research Scientist, Senior Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Python, Big Data, ML, and Neural Networks. Virendra has relevant experience of 8.53 years in the industry. He is a highly motivated individual with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
